Excellent Hotel Stay
attentive staff furnished areas relaxed atmosphere
The staff was very attentive. The main building has beautifully furnished areas. The restaurant provided a relaxed atmosphere with views of the gardens. I found the dinner to be very good and the staff ensured I had a lovely evening.
The leisure facilities are somewhat dated.

The room was well-furnished and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the size was adequate. I enjoyed the breakfast, it was good. The hotel staff was friendly and cute..
The ladies changing room for the swimming pool is small. Privacy is limited in the changing area. I think it might be difficult to use when busy.

charming getaway
italian garden egg chair polite receptionist helpful bar
the grounds included a nice italian garden with egg chair swings. the receptionists were very polite and accommodating. the homemade pizzas were delicious (i especially enjoyed the pepperoni). the bar lady was thoughtful and helped with our food order.
the pool felt a bit crowded with just ten people using it.

breakfast offered a good variety of options, so i was pleased. i found the bar seating to be nice, and there was a library. there was a bar terrace overlooking the estate greenery.

inside, the rooms were very comfy and tidy for my stay. the map provided upon arrival was helpful. the main building was beautiful, though i stayed in a separate building near the italian garden.

the hotel includes a pool, sauna and steam room (i found them relaxing). i made use of the jacuzzi too, which worked perfectly. parking was convenient just out the front of the building.

walk-in shower helpful team room kettle
I appreciated the walk-in shower. It was quite convenient. The night team was very helpful when they moved my room closer to the lift because I was using crutches. Abdullah at reception aided with bringing my bag to the room. A kettle was available in the room for making tea.
Our room was located in the garden area, which required going outside to access the main building. This meant putting on a coat when going to the restaurant or pool.
